The tapestries are one of the central bodies of my work. They are not decorative translations of digital images. They are arguments about the relationship between computation and textile, pixel and thread, code and labor, image and object.

The Jacquard loom is a proto-computational machine. By using it to weave glitches, low-resolution images, AI patterns and digital artifacts, I am folding computer history back into textile history. The result is a digital image that refuses to remain immaterial.

The works have appeared in contexts including Ex Nihilo, Sensible Concepts, DAM Gallery / DAM Projects, Barristers’ Gallery and Nomadic tapestry exhibitions. They remain connected to later AI and NPT works, where carpet, pattern, migration and machine vision become part of the same larger problem.
