Augmented Reality writing

Alongside the AR artwork, I have written essays and book chapters that treat augmented reality as a claim on public space rather than a visual novelty. The writing addresses gamification, invisible inscription, virtual graffiti, monuments and the politics of who is allowed to annotate shared ground.

These texts accompany the AR projects, including work in the Manifest.AR context, and connect the theoretical questions to the spatial ones. They argue that the world is never simply the world: it is layered, contested and authored, and AR makes that condition legible.
